A musical-travel film about Nepal, following in the footsteps of goddess Kali-Kumari incarnations. In Kumari they choose the most beautiful girl to serve Kali till puberty. After this, nobody can marry her on pain of death. The film consists of four parts: “Morning in Katmandu”, “The Kaligandaki river”, “The Way of Freedom” and “Kumari Festival”. The film is mounted by direct pasting without an additional soundtrack.

Vadim Koshkin
1993 – graduated from the V.M. Kobrin’s studio (The cinematography institute, Moscow). Many of his works have been awarded by both national and international cinema and video festivals (Grand-prix Anygraph 93, Experimental video, the Exotica festival.
