Ville Eerikainen, Finland Ladybug 2003, Finland 6’00’’

Ladybug is 24 animations about sandman's life. The piece of work is based on four animated sequences which can be ordered to what ever order to create a storytelling animation. There are two ways to order the sequences: in a generative mode (PLAY RANDOM ORDER) the sequences will be ordered by random. In an interactive mode (CONSTRUCT ORDER) the ordering will be made by a viewer of the piece of work.

Ville Eerikainen was born in Sulkava, Finland in 1974. Eerikainen has worked as new media designer, graphic designer and photographer. He has done digital animations for several years.
